Strategic Family Mentoring

An adjunct to traditional outpatient family therapy
in the home and community

Trained family mentors are matched with children based on the needs of the child and the desired outcomes.  They facilitate activities such as community recreation and positive social gatherings that are consistent with treatment plans.

Referrals may be made through the county’s Family Assessment and Planning Team.
