Day Support Services

Day Support Services are provided in non-residential settings, separate from the home or facility where the individual resides, and include training, assistance, and specialized supervision that allow for peer interaction and opportunities for community and social integration.

Specific goals for each individual are developed in a team meeting and documented in the individual's service plan. With the individual's permission, parents and family members are always encouraged to be an active part of the planning process.

Day Support Services are available to adults 18 years and older and are billable to Home and Community-Based Waiver.
