Day Support Services

Day Support Services are provided in non-residential settings, separate from the home or facility where the individual resides, and include training, assistance, specialized supervision, a setting that allows for peer interaction, and an opportunity for community and social integration.

Specific goals for each individual are developed in a team meeting and documented in the individual’s service plan. With the individual’s permission, parents and family member are always encouraged to be an active part of the planning process.

Day Support Services are available to adults 18 years and older and are billable to Medicaid Waiver.  Programs operate in two locations: 
Warsaw and Urbanna—Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm.
